Professional Products
Sagittarius Salon and Spa recommends and uses only the finest hair and skin care products. Those fine products include Aveda and Bumble & bumble for hair care and Sothys, Intaglio and Aveda for Spa and skincare.

Children
We cater to children 12 and under Sunday thru Wednesday ONLY with an exclusive children's design team. Clidren receive gifts and juice to make their visit more enjoyable. Spa Kids packages are only available Sunday thru Wednesday and there must be an adult accompanying each child. There are exceptions for special occasions, recitals and weddings. Please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment.

Cell Phones
No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa. Please respect others who are receiving relaxing services.

Reservation
Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable Front Desk staff to accomodate your wishes.

Cancellation
In consideration of all guests and technicians, a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

Package Cancellation
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure all salon & spa package appointments. "No Shows" will be charged the amount of the package. A 24 hour cancellation is required.

Gratuity
Some packages do include a tip. The Front Desk team will inform you which packages include tip. No other services in the salon or spa have gratuity included. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20 % at your discretion. Tips for the technicians must be paid in cash or check only. Credit cards cannot be used for the gratuity.

Spa
For your comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to insure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa and salon area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service.

Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a key to a locker, with robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. A quiet area is available for you to use prior to your treatment with soothing tea, elixirs, and a relaxing footbath. For your comfort many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Packages
All multi service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking a spa package.

Return Policy

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a staff error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Sagittarius Salon & Spa will pay for the return shipping costs and you will be credited in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how Sagittarius Salon collects, secures and uses information that is gathered via its Web site at SagittariusSalon.com (the “Site”). The site automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the IP addresses of your home server domains and the type of Web browser you use to access the Site, (2) your e-mail address, if you communicate with Sagittarius Salon via e-mail, or if you otherwise provide your e-mail address to Sagittarius Salon, (3) other information you knowingly provide by filling in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) user-specific information on what pages guests access. Sagittarius Salon collects information you voluntarily agree to provide through the form provided on the Web site. Sagittarius Salon does not collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address, unless you voluntarily provide that information to Sagittarius Salon.

Sagittarius Salon may occasionally place Internet cookies on guests' hard drives. Internet cookies save information such as the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Sagittarius Salon. Guests may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.

Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Sagittarius Salon will be used by Sagittarius Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many guests have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Sagittarius Salon's site. Data on guests' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Sagittarius Salon's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Sagittarius Salon will not rent or sell visitor information to any outside party, without your consent.

Opt-Out Page
Guests may opt out of having their personal information collected by Sagittarius Salon, used by Sagittarius Salon for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by Sagittarius Salon or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting Sagittarius Salon.

Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Sagittarius Salon will provide to guests a summary of any personal information retained by Sagittarius Salon regarding the visitor. Guests may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Sagittarius Salon's database. Sagittarius Salon will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

Sagittarius Salon's Right to Contact User
Sagittarius Salon reserves the right to contact site guests regarding privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site guests.

Sagittarius Salon's Right to Change Privacy Policy
